Terms & Conditions
COVID regulations.
The client shall be responsible for complying with the Covid regulations mentioned below:
- Wear the mask at all times.
- Keep social distance of 2 metres at all times
- If Studio 1 hire, maximum of 10 people.
- If Studio 2 hire, maximum of 4 people.
- No one will be sitting in the reception.
- No one will be standing in the door outside The Studio.
The cost of any fines issued to The Studio due to non-compliance by the client, will be passed onto the client in question.
Payment terms.
A booking will be confirmed ONLY once the payment is received in advance.
Photoshoots.
If the client is more than 15 mins late, the appointment would be considered as cancelled, and the agreed cancellation policy will be followed.
Cancellation Policy.
Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the start date: 50% of the total fee will be charged.
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the start date: 100% of the fee will be charged.
Image archive.
We will store all images taken by us for a period of 1 year. 6-months after your shoot date, the images will be moved to our archival system for that latter 6-months. If you require your images to be un-archived within that 6-month period, there will be a charge of AED 50 per image.
Loss/damage to property while at The Studio.
The studio is not responsible for any loss or damage to client property. The client shall be liable for any loss or damage to The Studio property caused by themselves.
